We build systems that support customer shopping, ordering, fulfillment and service of Apple products. We work with multiple Apple business functions including Sales, Operations, Retail, AppleCare and Finance. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Analyst is a position within the SAP Customer Engagement team, and this position will be key to our Digital Channel Operation & Product Marketing space. We are looking for a person with a background in streamlining master data and building innovative applications in an enterprise environment. You’ll work with our business collaborators and other partners to implement new solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional business and technical teams delivering complex projects in Apple’s fast-paced environment. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of the project including: Partner with business and identify opportunities to streamline master data flows and execute initiatives that refine processes and systems involved. Be a member of the team that designs and implements new applications, improve existing application features, while adding performance and software quality metrics. End to end Solution architecture for Enterprise content management applications Develop prototypes and conduct POCs to demonstrate new ideas or illustrate the new features to business stakeholders. Review of business requirements, evolve solutions, engaging business throughout the solution implementation and provide functional, technical leadership and advice as needed. Work with digital strategists, product managers, operations and development teams to build systems and enrich digital content. Work with business stakeholders to understand content, product data management needs and translate them into technical requirements for the system design, development and & Integrations. Writing functional specifications and working with technical teams on the development and functional acceptance testing Presenting the solution for design reviews and business playbacks. Supporting technical teams in designing and executing performance tests. Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and executed to support production launch. Identify opportunities for process optimization, recommend enhancements and new features, gather feedback from business users

Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with Enterprise Content Solution Design and Implementation. (experience, 2 years)
- 2 years experience with integration of Enterprise content systems with SAP systems (experience, 2 years)
- 2 years experience with building and maintaining process flow and technical documentations in ECM space. (experience, 2 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years experience with Data Modeling, Data Quality management and Data Governance principles in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) space. (experience, 5 years)
- 5 years experience in designing and building applications on SAP NetWeaver & SAP BTP Platforms. (experience, 5 years)
- 5 years experience in designing Database structures & UI mockups and wireframes. (experience, 5 years)
- Experience in working with various PIM Solutions and understanding of their capabilities and limitations. Expertise in Stibo STEP solution would be a Plus. (experience)
- Have experience in PIM involving collection, maintenance, and syndication of product data for digital channel partners (experience)
- Implementation experience in hierarchies, relationship types, packages and profiles. (experience)
- Experience in Agile project methodology. (experience)
- Knowledge in web technologies like Java Script, JSON, XML, SOAP and/or RESTful web services, etc. is a plus (experience)
- Versatile experience working with different business stakeholders at all levels. (experience)
- Must have excellent verbal and written presentation & communication skills. (experience)
