Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (degree in electrical engineering or computer science)
- Wireless Systems: 8+ years of experience in wireless communication systems design, with deep understanding of multiple wireless standards (WiFi, Cellular, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.) (experience, 8 years)
- Software Architecture: Proven track record of architecting large-scale, complex software systems with emphasis on real-time and embedded systems (experience)
- Protocol Development: Extensive experience with wireless protocol design, implementation, and optimization (experience)
- System Integration: Expert knowledge of hardware-software co-design and system-level optimization techniques (experience)
- Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in C/C++, Python, and system-level programming languages (experience)
- Performance Engineering: Experience with real-time systems, multi-threading, and performance optimization techniques (experience)
- Architectural Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions and influence technical direction across multiple teams (experience)
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (experience)
- Self-Motivated: Exceptional ability to work independently and drive initiatives (experience)
- Systems Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while understanding intricate technical details (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (degree in electrical engineering)

- Establish firmware architectural guidelines and principles

- Create technical demonstrations to support architectural decision-making
- Monitor and analyze hardware implementations to ensure alignment with software architectural requirements
- Evaluate hardware design decisions and their impact on firmware architecture
- Collaborate with hardware teams to provide architectural input and recommendations
- Design and develop proof of concept (PoC) projects to validate architectural approaches
- Research and prototype emerging wireless technologies and methodologies
- Evaluate feasibility of new technologies and integration approaches
