The IS&T Retail Systems is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our group. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of existing tools used for end to end integration and workflow testing. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, build the solutions for sophisticated architecture and be comfortable working under pressure at times Design scalable and robust systems. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices. Address and resolve technical challenges and obstacles that arise during development. Provide solutions for complex problem. Ensure proper documentation of code, processes, and system designs for maintainability and knowledge sharing. Identify potential risks and work on mitigation strategies. Monitor progress and address any blockers or challenges. Innovate and develop concepts which improves team performance.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in React, Angular and Spring Boot or equivalent framework. (experience)
- Experience in working with multi threaded application. (experience)
- Comfortable with UI development, API design patterns and knowledge on both SQL, NoSQL databases. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in computer science or information management. (degree in ms degree in computer science or information management)
- Some Experience in cloud technologies like Azure, GCP, AWS. (experience)
- UX design tools or libraries. (experience)
- Experience in Messaging queue. (experience)
- Experience Monitoring tools. (experience)
