We are looking for an outstanding Full Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in designing and developing the next generation of AIML-powered professional training applications, employing ground breaking large language models (LLMs), visual intelligence models, voice interfaces, and other emerging technologies. This includes architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that deliver personalized, adaptive learning experiences for global teams. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional partners in engineering, product management, and design to integrate AIML-driven features that enhance content creation, interactive training, and analytics capabilities. In this role, you will focus on the following key areas: - Developing high quality software systems according to the specifications of product and engineering leadership - Designing, developing, and maintaining applications across the frontend and backend - Implementing generative AI capabilities into content tools - Optimizing performance, scalability, and security of full stack applications - Working with multi-functional teams to integrate with multiple enterprise systems - Triaging issues and using debugging tools and skills to identify solutions - Maintaining expertise in full stack development and generative AI

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience (experience, 8 years)
- Strong experience with machine learning integration, particularly LLMs, computer vision, and voice technologies. (experience)
- Ability to design and build AIML-driven training applications, incorporating multi-modal inputs such as text, image, and voice. (experience)
- Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying scalable AIML systems. (experience)
- Familiarity with MLOps standard methodologies, including model training, deployment, and monitoring. (experience)
- Experience with modern front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) frameworks to support interactive and responsive AIML applications. (experience)
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, data privacy, and security compliance for handling sensitive training data. (experience)
- Solid coding fundamentals and a thirst to improve and challenge yourself (experience)
- Excellent communication and soft skills (experience)
- Ability to work on a highly collaborative cross-functional team (experience)
- Passion for high quality user experiences and an unmatched attention to detail (experience)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent field (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering (experience)
- Experience deploying AI features into production at scale (experience)
- Background in personalization/adaptive learning technologies (experience)
