- As a Global Billing Analyst, you will focus on the adoption, accuracy and execution of billing processes that directly impact Apple’s financial results.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional project teams on new product roll out and expansion.
- Own and manage day to day global billing and invoicing activities across Apple Pay products.
- Support programs that affect revenue recognition and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and customer experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure scalability and sustainability in billing operations.
- Represent Apple during collaboration with external customers.
- Create process flows, test, implement and assess effectiveness of process roll out and changes.
- Data analysis to drive performance and efficiency.
- Data management in the end to end process.
