Will you help us design the next generation of revolutionary Apple products? The role involves leading cross-functional communication between Apple project teams and external vendors. Responsibilities include defining, tracking, and communicating plans with Engineering Management and Vendors, escalating issues as needed. The role requires streamlining and monitoring development processes, ensuring timely issue resolution, managing critical paths, and facilitating communication with status updates across all levels. Additionally, overseeing daily engineering build activities at the vendor’s factory to meet program objectives is a key part of the role. - Lead cross-functional communication between Apple project teams and external vendors. - Define, track, and communicate plans with Engineering Management and Vendors, escalating issues as needed. - Streamline and monitor development processes between Apple teams and external vendors. - Ensure timely issue resolution and manage critical paths. - Facilitate communication and provide status updates to all levels, from individual contributors to executive management. - Oversee daily engineering build activities at the vendor’s factory to meet program objectives.

- BS degree prefer in mechanical or scientific major related. 6 years working experience and 4 of 6 years in engineering development or program management. (experience, 6 years)
- Has the vendor management and be able to lead the FACA experience. (experience)
- Knowing Product development life cycle (Proto build, EVT, DVT, etc.) (experience)
- Program management and engineering build schedule planning (experience)
- Be able to host the regular cross-functional team meetings and between internal and external (experience)
- Technical risk assessment, status report writing, and review summaries (experience)
- Problem analysis, status tracking, and attention to detail (experience)
- Cross-cultural and multi-functional team collaboration (experience)
- Willingness to Travel frequently and/or oversea over 70% in week day. (experience)
- Willing to embrace the challenge of working in the different product developed. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Problem-solving methodologies (FACA, 8D, Fishbone) (experience)
- General industrial manufacturing processes (Wafer fab, Packaging, SMT, die cutting, plastic injection molding, sheet metal stamping) (experience)
- Failure analysis tools (SEM/EDX, FTIR, LIT, CT Scan … etc.) (experience)
- New production line equipment/tester DFM & setup (experience)
- Production line quality control (experience)
