As part of the Darwin Kernel Technologies team within Apple’s Core Operating Systems group, you’ll help ensure the operating system is deeply integrated into each device’s identity, enabling Apple’s world-class user experience. We work on foundational kernel technology areas such as inter-process communication (IPC), process management, and system security that are essential for performance, reliability, and user privacy across all Apple platforms. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to core systems that scale across hundreds of millions of devices. You’ll collaborate with world-class engineers and gain hands-on experience working at the lowest levels of the OS stack, helping develop the future of Apple’s platforms.
