The iPhone team is looking for Hardware Engineers who are motivated by the opportunity to provide design, test, validation, failure analysis to our iPhone product, which will benefit millions of iPhone users worldwide. Using your skills in Electrical Engineering, you can make a difference in so many lives! You will collaborate with multi-functional teams and play a meaningful role in the development of Apple products, additionally, you will work closely with our Contract Manufacturer’s EE team to achieve our design and validation goals with a very high bar of quality. - Participate in design and development of next generation iPhone from concept to MP - Be the flexible or rigid board integrator to initialize and refine the design with PD, layout, DFM and technology teams from concept to production - Be the technical expert to support various engineering builds ranging from Proto, EVT to PVT. Represent the EE team in a fast-paced and multi-functional team environment - Be able to identify EE related issues in the field and drive corresponding resolutions - Test development to cover connectivity, functionality, power consumption and reliability performance of the product - Lead and manage our Contract Manufacturer’s EE team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering (experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin (experience)
- Direct experience with one or more of the following technologies: high/low speed digital bus design, low voltage power regulation and delivery, industry standard protocols (audio and video, USB, wireless, memory bus, etc.) and their design best-practices (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong EE fundamentals including analog and high speed digital design (experience)
- Good understanding of DC/DC power supply (experience)
- Fundamentals of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity (experience)
- Layout and signal routing experiences for rigid boards, printed flexible circuits (experience)
- Strong desire to investigate system level issues and drive problems to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive demeanor (experience)
- Curious mind and both intuitive and meticulous problem solving skills (experience)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (experience)
- Use of scripting languages to assist with hardware development (experience)
