This role is responsible for building and driving Apple Korea’s channel business digital strategy, digital programs & solutions, including digital marketing (CRM, performance marketing) to drive sales growth. The Digital Lead will lead digital transformation of Korea Sales channel partners by working closely with internal cross functional teams and our partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Strategy development, digital marketing including CRM and performance marketing to drive sales. (experience)
  • Experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with significant exposure to BI, customer analytics and cross-functional AI/Data collaboration in dynamic, data-driven environments. (experience)
  • Experience delivering high-impact data science solutions, including predictive modeling, causal inference, and time-series forecasting in business contexts. (experience)
  • Deep expertise in sales, marketing, pricing, and customer analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes in these areas. (experience)
  • Experience leading a team. As a go to person with leadership, you are trusted and comfortable in tough situations. Create an environment that is collaborative and one that empowers team members to do their life’s best work. (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within high-performing teams. (experience)
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly to global stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field strongly preferred. (degree in ph)

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for building and driving Apple Korea’s channel business digital strategy, digital programs & solutions, including digital marketing (CRM, performance marketing) to drive sales growth.
  • The Digital Lead will lead digital transformation of Korea Sales channel partners by working closely with internal cross functional teams and our partners.
  • Build digital strategy & strategic plan for Apple Korea channel sales business to work with our partners to build their digital capabilities to drive sales growth
  • Architect data-driven initiatives for channel sales, applying experimentation, A/B testing, and predictive analytics to drive sustainable growth.
  • Enable partners to build outstanding Customer Data Platform (CDP) and drive deep analysis of aggregated CDP and Omni-Channel customer decision journey data to uncover behavioral patterns and optimize customer engagement strategies.
  • Use data to implement Omni-channel shopping experience with partners by facilitating and managing the integration of online and offline channels to support features
  • Leverage advanced analytics to develop, evaluate and optimize full-funnel performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment and alignment with business goals.
  • Spearhead the adoption of internal AI solutions, collaborating with WW AI and Data-related teams to design and implement innovative data science solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Build and refine advanced statistical and machine learning models to analyze sales performance drivers, predict outcomes, and provide actionable insights for revenue optimization.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of sophisticated Tableau-based BI dashboards and reports, enabling strategic decision-making across the organization.
