As a valued member of this group, you will harness your profound expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning and apply them to address exciting and interesting business problems head-on. Engage with others to find opportunities, understand requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions Devise machine learning strategies, employing established methods or crafting custom algorithms to address specific business challenges. Communicate analysis findings to non-technical business partners or executives. Research and evaluate new technologies and proven understanding of GenAI concepts and techniques, including RAG, Fine-tuning, RL, Agent, etc. Supervise operational and business metrics, detect adverse trends, recognize behavioral patterns, and respond with agile logic adjustments.

- Strong capability to extract valuable business insights from data and uncover the underlying narratives behind patterns. (experience)
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams to drive the solution of business problems, ideally from end to end. (experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying meticulous technical concepts to non-experts. Strong skills in English is a phenomenal plus. (experience)
