Mixed-Signal Behavioral Modeling Engineer

full-timePosted: Oct 29, 2025

Job Description

At Apple, we work every single day to craft products that enrich people’s lives. Do you love working on challenges that no one has solved yet? Do you like changing the game? We have an opportunity for a forward-thinking and unusually hardworking Mixed-signal Behavioral Modeling Engineer. If you are early in your journey towards a chip design career and wish to challenge yourself in a technical and multi-disciplinary effort, come join the Apple mixed-signal silicon design team. In this position you will build a strong foundation in the working of full custom analog and high-speed digital circuits, and gain insights into IPs used to interface with the environment around the chip. You will work with experts in circuit design and design verification. You will gain expertise in simulation, software methods, optimization and analysis that is increasingly significant for a variety of fields. In this job you will be responsible for translating custom mixed-signal circuit schematics into efficient SystemVerilog behavioral models for high level simulations. You will closely interact with circuit design teams to understand the details of custom circuits, and with DV teams to craft hooks for effective verification. You will run simulations and formal equivalence tools to ensure that the model matches closely with the custom circuits. You will code targeted checks within these representative models to ensure that the circuits are used as intended. You will write scripts and simple tools for automating repetitive tasks or performing calculations.
