The Sensing Software group at Apple develops the high-end cameras and sensing algorithms and software. We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will be responsible for driving research & development of groundbreaking video processing and computer vision AI/ML solutions. In this role, you will drive a highly cross-functional team of Algo, HW, System, SW, and QE engineers - from solutions definition, via development and integration, up to shipment as part of a range of Apple products. Drive and inspire cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial research to successful product launches. Establish and maintain robust execution plans that align with ambitious schedule and quality objectives Navigate complex technical issues by bringing together the right expertise to drive timely and effective resolutions. Continuously evaluate and refine engineering development processes to optimize performance and maintain high standards. Cultivate a collaborative and transparent environment that promotes effective communication across teams and with leadership.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar (experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Algo / SW / System engineer (experience, 5 years)
- 3+ years of managerial experience (program/project/engineering manager) (experience, 3 years)
- Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills (experience)
- Ability to deep dive into technical details, as well as filter and distill relevant information for the right audience (experience)
- Experience in multi-national development environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in video processing, computer vision, machine learning fields (experience)
- Experience in generative models (e.g. diffusion models) development as an engineer or a program manager (experience)
- Experience utilizing AI tools for project management tasks; a passion for exploring and implementing innovative AI solutions, prompt engineering, vibe coding and MCPs to improve team efficienc (experience)
