Here in the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Retail Customer Care (RCC) organization is a direct channel for Apple passionate about driving pre and post sales customer interactions and managing order support related activities globally. RCC supports Apple shoppers who buy from and are fulfilled by the Apple Store Online, Apple Retail Stores, and third-party marketplaces. As a Personal Setup Specialist, you will convey the charm of Apple products and provide a unique experience that no one else can offer, thereby generating energy and excitement. - Interact with Apple’s customers through multiple channels simultaneously - Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique experience - Have a firm grasp on the Apple ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms - Understand and convey the positivity of Apple’s values to our customers - Through continuous reflection, keep proactive learning and sharing with team to increase individual/team competitiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), with interpersonal and presentation skills (experience)
  • Believe in providing an amazing, personalized experience to each and every customer (experience)
  • Skilled at translating “tech speak” into everyday language for all customers to understand (experience)
  • “Gets” technology & has hands-on knowledge of Apple products, applications & services (experience)
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams (experience)
  • Keen on seeking for innovative problem solving (experience)
  • Customer-focused, detailed-oriented (experience)
  • Makes space to listen, learn, and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences (experience)
  • Actively seeks out opportunities to champion and celebrate inclusion and diversity (experience)

  • Flexible schedule, ability to work on shifts including nights and/or weekends (experience)
