Apple expects innovation in every part of the company, and the PoS Ops team meets that challenge by ensuring the seamless execution of program deployment & life cycle management across all channels in CEEI. The POS OPs Manager is reporting to the Head of SP&O and is responsible for leading a team to plan and deploy channel sales programs and strategies in CEEI across all RTMs, Monobrand, Retail and Telco. You partner with central SP&O and Sales teams, and manage external vendor and agency partners across CEEI. You are responsible for ensuring that all executional aspects of Apple’s customer experience are consistently delivered according to plan and drive operational optimisation. - Lead the POS Ops team which is in charge of POS programs, merchandising, NPI and in-store tech while also directly managing a territory - You will identify coverage opportunity using analytics and data as well as strategic thinking and align with country sales team on the best coverage model - Organise effective processes and find operational and team efficiencies in times of tight resource - Thrive for excellence and the best outcomes with “The Apple Customer Experience” in mind - Support partner contract negotiations from a POS OPs, marketing and merchandising perspective - Provide direction to PoS Ops and country sales teams, building an understanding of how their roles contribute to the achievement of sales strategies - Motivate and drive people to successfully deliver, even in adverse conditions or with limited resource - Provide input to global strategy on all channel program development and ongoing management, including tools to operationally manage and report on performance. Constructively challenge sales teams whilst ensuring operational excellence of programs for CEEI customers - Effectively build relationships within a matrix environment at central, local and WW levels

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading a successful team of talented individuals (experience)
  • You have several years of experience in POS Operations and a thorough understanding of coverage planning and successful program deployment. (experience)
  • You posses a deep understanding of the Apple brand and associated brand guidelines. (experience)
  • You have proven experience in successfully influencing channel partners. (experience)
  • Dedication to meeting the expectations of both internal and external customers, and focus your team on doing the same. (experience)
  • Strong collaborator, ability to empower team members and mobilize the right resources to ensure all problems are resolved. (experience)
  • Clear sense of priority setting and structured planning and execution. (experience)
  • Proven effective relationship builder experienced in a matrix environment, approaching problems flexibly and delivering results by driving what matters. (experience)
  • Excellent presentation skills proven at senior level. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience (experience)
  • You are fluent in English, local language or CEEI language is an asset (experience)
