Job Description
The Apple Design group is seeking a Producer to support the Human Factors research team. The Design Human Factors Producer will be focused on highly complex projects that require an additional level of oversight and direction. This is a fast-paced, collaborative position in which you will need to understand how and who to work with to orchestrate a research program plan, and successfully manage execution of that plan. This individual will collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals both within and outside the Design team. In this role, you will coordinate week-to-week activities to meet team objectives including: - Manage research project tracker to clarify resourcing, timelines, and priorities - Help Human Factors team members overcome project roadblocks - Coordinate weekly meetings and agendas with primary research and project teams - Coordinate with Design and Engineering producers on project roadmaps - Identify and develop key partners in cross-functional teams - Track schedule and delivery of prototypes for research studies - Partner closely with Human Factors researchers and collaborators to be aligned on above activities
