Job Description

The Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO) team strives to provide cutting-edge innovation and operational excellence to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. RFO transforms Retail Fulfilment (Retail Stores and Online Stores) into a key value proposition for Apple’s direct customers through Planning, Execution, and Strategic Programs. We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with strong analytical and project management abilities. This role requires a combination of business insight, technical knowledge, and project management skills to develop and deliver reporting and analysis that enables rapid decision-making and the management of key projects. You will focus on supporting the growth of Apple’s products, routes to market, and critical operations initiatives. This role is highly visible, interacting with partners in operations and retail while networking across Apple’s organisation. The ability to work seamlessly with these teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position. Lead strategic projects through the full project lifecycle, including translating business needs into requirements and testing strategies. Collaborate with key business partners to understand and amplify the “Voice of the Customer”. Deep dive into operational data to assess program performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to peers and leadership for impactful business decisions. Identify and evaluate operational risks, implementing contingency plans to mitigate them. Utilise SAP knowledge to lead program processes, integrate systems, and solve issues within the SAP environment. Support the day-to-day management of programs, including performance optimisation, growth and scalability, issue resolution, escalations, and vendor management. Drive and influence strategic direction in the EMEIA region and globally. Present timely strategic project and business updates to both Regional and Global leadership teams, ensuring critical decisions and dependencies are communicated effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project management including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test documentation (test plans, scripts, and reports), UAT execution, and overall UAT management. (experience)
  • Experience in post-go-live program management and developing BAU (Business-as-Usual) management systems. (experience)
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret large data sets, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights. (experience)
  • Proficient in using Tableau or similar data visualisation tools to build reports and dashboards for program tracking and performance analysis. (experience)
  • A curious and creative mentality and the ability to cut through ambiguity with a practical and solutions orientated approach to problem solving. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Confidence to make critical decisions and deliver results under tight timelines, with flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment. (experience)
  • Experience working with SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA. (experience)
