Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a MS or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science etc. (degree in phd in electronic engineering)
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). (experience)
- Proficiency in web development, with skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, etc. (experience)
- Basic knowledge on wireless spectrum allocation, understanding SAR/OTA testing results for Wifi/BT/Cellular/Short Range Device; (experience)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (In both Chinese and English). (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven planning and interpersonal skills. (experience)
- Abilities to work in multi-functional teams across multiple time zones. (experience)
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently. (experience)
- Proficient speaking English skill (experience)
Responsibilities
- You will be involved into AI/ML analysis in terms of wireless testing data， regulation and standard.
- We will work together with a team of highly skilled project managers, test engineers, Manufacture and 3rd part testing lab.
- Execute AI/ML projects, including developing domain-specific chatbots for wireless testing reports (from internal teams and third-party labs), as well as regulatory and standards documents from global authorities.
- Research and apply innovative LLM techniques, such as workflow optimization, model architecture design, and prompt engineering, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform data mining, analysis, and predictive modeling using advanced ML approaches to generate actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end) to support AI/ML tools and data visualization.
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain softwares and models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
