In this role, you will be a key member of the RM modeling system engineering team working on modem systems features and requirements. - Model, design, and simulate state-of-the-art RF for 4G/5G/6G modem wireless communication systems. - Implement system models and perform detailed performance investigations to allow performance sign-off. - Collaborate with RF systems and analog circuit designers to capture designs and develop models. - Develop AI/ML modem solutions and mitigation techniques.

Required Qualifications
- BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience (experience, 3 years)
- Deep knowledge of signal processing and communication systems (experience)
- Strong analytical skills (linear algebra, random processes, detection and estimation, etc.) (experience)
- Strong background in AI/ML and familiarity with the tools such as PyTorch and TensorFlow (experience)
- Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Python for algorithm development. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML applications in wireless communication is strongly desirable. (experience)
- Familiarity with RF impairments (phase noise, DC offset, IQ imbalance, inter-modulation, etc), their impact on modem performance, and RF mitigation techniques. (experience)
- Knowledge of RF/analog components (LNA, filters, mixers, ADC/DAC), digital front-end processing, automatic gain control. (experience)
- Knowledge of cellular communication standards: 5GNR, 4G LTE. (experience)
- Knowledge of RF systems and design flows with hands-on experience in lab testing & characterization. (experience)
