We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineering Manager to lead the development and strategy of next generation AIML Products, Platforms and Architecture from 0-1n. In this role, you will be at the forefront of sharping the future of this transformative technology, drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of innovative AI solutions that leverage generative models to create captivating user experiences across our product lines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of business SMEs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers to develop breakthrough products that push the boundaries of AI and deliver real value to our internal and external users. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of AI Architects, Engineering Program Managers, Prompt Engineers, AI Prototypers and Technical Product Managers providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning within the team to break glass ceilings. - Build streamline process, onboard new tools, effective resource planning to help team members be effective and do their best work. - Proactively identify issues, manage risks, identify mitigations, marshal resources, and re-plan as needed. Business & Technical Leadership - Possess a deep understanding of Conversational AI and GenAI powered products within the Commerce Domain. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and identify relevant technologies for implementation. - Ability to pick up new technologies quickly. - Collaborate effectively with Machine Learning and Software Development Engineers to see around corners and build futureproof products. Define product vision and strategy - Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for Conversational and Generative AI within Channel Sales and beyond. - Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with user needs, market trends, and technological advancements. - Set clear goals and priorities for the AI product portfolio. Product development and execution - Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product iterations and improvements. - Create compelling product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Software Development and a strong interest in user experience. Lead cross-functional business & engineering collaboration - Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and alignment issues quickly and effectively. - Build relationships and collaboration opportunities within Channel Sales and with other organizations. Performance Management - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance of AI Powered products. - Monitor and analyze performance data, providing key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Advocate for data-driven decision making across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Software Engineering experiences with successful launch of large scale consumer facing Commerce products WW. (experience, 10 years)
- 5+ years leading product and program teams and managing direct reports. (experience, 5 years)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related technical field. (degree in computer science)
- Successful track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during the full product lifecycle, including research, planning, implementation and launch. (experience)
- Experience positioning and launching of new AI powered products. (experience)
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills. (experience)
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience. (experience)
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling talking points and stories about new AI powered product and technologies for a broad audience including internal/external stakeholders, leaderships, users etc. (experience)
- Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with a clear impact on the direction of products. (experience)
- Strong organizational skills, able to handle ambiguity with experience in thriving in a startup environment within a large organization. (experience)
- Strong python and software development coding experience, with the ability to build 0-1 product by oneself if needed. (experience)
