Our mission is to provide education, engagement, and empowerment to channel partners and their sales representatives at Apple Authorized Resellers and Distributors in South Asia. This encompasses carriers, retailers, consumer electronics, enterprise, and education resellers. As a Channel Program Manager within Apple’s Channel Sales Enablement Team, you will assume a highly collaborative role, interacting with stakeholders from diverse teams, including Sales country teams, Marketing teams, and ICE. Develop and maintain relationships with both Apple account managers and channel partners, supported by a deep understanding of the markets. Work closely with partners in scope to develop and implement amazing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media: - Engage with partners to establish annual/quarterly marketing plan. - Educate partners on Apple's product launch communication guidelines and share marketing collaterals. - Advise partners to prepare high-quality campaigns in line with Apple level of expectations, including relevant message, audience and media, and drive awareness, foot traffic and sales. - Review and approve ATL and BTL communications from partners. - Measure asset usage and marketing efficiency across all media. Guide partners to set up outstanding eCommerce capabilities that improve omni-channel experience and help drive sales: - Forge an opinion on partners online capabilities across all aspects of the online experience - eg. traffic generation, buy-flow, fulfilment. - Find opportunities for improvement and establish clear recommendations to achieve best-in-class experience. - Assist sales with setting up online programs such as online affordability and online attach. - Work with partners to implement improvement programs to uplift online capabilities and drive an incredible customer experience. Develop and implement programs (ie. partner-run activities such as group demos, workshops, webinars, online demos, etc.) to improve product story-telling across the channel: - Monitor ongoing programs and collaborate closely with partners to discuss improvement opportunities. - Work with country teams to find opportunities for new programs concepts to deliver a richer experience to customers. - Coordinate setup of new programs in collaboration with partners and relevant Apple stakeholders. Support Sales country teams with other value-add initiatives such as collection of channel insight to better understand market trends and customer behaviour.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years or more experience in a marketing role with solid project management experience, ideally in the retail industry or related industry relevant to the role (experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus). (experience, 10 years)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to identify trends and make informed decisions/recommendations grounded in data and analytics. (experience)
  • Ability to work cross functionally, influence and form close partnerships with a variety of teams, internally and externally. (experience)
  • Proven organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. (experience)
  • English proficiency is a must. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Other South Asian language skills are a plus. (experience)
  • Ability to see the world through the eyes of the customer by deeply understanding their needs, challenges, and concerns — you obsess over how customers experience products and services. (experience)
  • Working experience across in Philippines and other SA markets. (experience)
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills. (experience)
  • Strong level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all that you do. (experience)
