Reporting to the Head of Sales, Planning & Operations (SP&O) for Italy, Hellenics, Spain and Portugal, you will be responsible for driving and implementing all initiatives around sales contracts & for developing systems within region. You will be the go-to-person for all matters related to internal tools, the master data they contain, and the contracts governing our relationships with channel partners. Execute contract cycles in accordance with EMEIA legal & contracts roadmap. Drive reporting initiatives across SP&O and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective insights and performance metrics. Drive new tools (i.e: Sales Force)transformation across Italy, Hellenics, Spain and Portugal while representing local needs at EMEIA level, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. Collaborate cross functionally with POS Operations, Sales Training, Finance, Sales teams and Senior sales leadership teams across the region.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in contract analysis and legal interpretation. (experience)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis and process improvement. (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights. (experience)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams within multiple countries. (experience)
  • Effective project manager with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and data/systems integration. (experience)
  • Evident Interpersonal and organisational savvy. (experience)
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to continuous learning. (experience)
  • Comfortable leading through uncertainty and changes. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience. (experience)
  • Highly proficient with Excel at an advanced level. (experience)
  • Outstanding English fluency. (experience)
  • Appreciated knowledge of business intelligence and data visualisation tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau and SQL). (experience)
  • Working knowledge of Apple products a plus. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Execute contract cycles in accordance with EMEIA legal & contracts roadmap.
  • Drive reporting initiatives across SP&O and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective insights and performance metrics.
  • Drive new tools (i.e: Sales Force)transformation across Italy, Hellenics, Spain and Portugal while representing local needs at EMEIA level, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with POS Operations, Sales Training, Finance, Sales teams and Senior sales leadership teams across the region.
  • Deploy contract campaigns timely with sales and channel partners.
  • Monitor channel partners compliance against Instore tech & people contractual requirements.
  • Drive accuracy in master data records.
  • Simplify and automatise business processes, tools & reports.
  • Scale regional initiatives at WE, EMEIA or WW level.
  • Drive new tools’ adoption with sales teams and pace of transition (i.e. SalesForce).
