ATTACH - Partner with the Sales leadership & Route to Market leads to create and drive the Annual Attach plan (iPad, Watch and AirPods) - Own the annual High Case Sales Actions and out of guidance asks to hit or exceed sales targets for iPad, Watch and AirPods. - Develop and share market & competitor insights that continually improve and adapt the plan. - Support Account Managers on Attach related elements to their Strategic Account Plans. - Deliver Customer (Partner) facing presentations to share best practices drive joint growth initiatives OFFER ENABLEMENT TECHNOLOGIES - Own and drive the local strategy for expansion of Trade in Kit, and Offer Enablement Platform aligned to achieve the growth goals of the ANZ Business Development Plan. - Partner with the WW Offers team as the expert in technologies, to stay up to date with technology roadmap, Global use-cases and influence the roadmap. - Scale knowledge and expertise including the ability to sell in to identified partners. - Drive offers, program advancement, affordability and best practice through close partnership with the Worldwide Offers & Business Development teams, channel resellers, Trade in vendors and banks.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate with 8-12 years of relevant Sales, Business Development or Commercial Finance experience (experience, 12 years)

  • Driven, proactive and analytical, with the ability for critical thinking and a strong grasp of execution (experience)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the results of analyses in easy-to-understand business terms (experience)
  • Awareness of competitor's activities, partners' account history, emerging partners and market trends, whilst understanding how to capitalise on these opportunities (experience)
