Establish rapport with customers so that they will proactively engage with Apple for future product needs. Thrive in a dynamic, performance-based environment where the ability to multi-task is central to success in the role, along with the expectation of dealing professionally with all customers. Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal & written. (experience)
  • High standard of written & oral communications in English including ability to enter data into relevant applications with high degree of accuracy & tempo. (degree in english including ability to enter data into relevant applications with high degree of accuracy)
  • Flexibility to regularly rotate through different sales specialities and provide support to other RCC departments as required. (experience)
  • Ability to thrive on change as products evolve. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years customer service/sales, consumer retail, or contact centre experience. (experience, 2 years)
  • Ability to maintain composure and deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction. (experience)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills that allow you to converse confidently when presenting solutions for your customers. (experience)
  • As this role depends on the volume of the business, flexibility around shifts and weekend working hours will be required (experience)
