Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (degree in computer science)
• 5+ years of SAP GTS project implementation experience with focus on Compliance Management and Product Classification (experience, 5 years)
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS Edition for HANA and integration with S/4HANA modules (experience)
• Strong project management skills, including monitoring of timelines, budgets, and resources (experience)
• In-depth understanding of global trade regulations and compliance requirements (experience)
• Experience in Electronic Compliance Reporting (ECR), especially EU Intrastate Reporting (experience)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) and experience leading cross-functional global teams (experience)
• Knowledge of SAP SD/MM/FI, TMS modules, logistics processes, and Customs or Risk Management modules (experience)
• Familiarity with ABAP/4 code, SAP technologies (Business Rules Framework, Enterprise Portal, UI5/Fiori, Business Technology Platform) (experience)
• Experience with B2B systems integration involving external partners such as 3PLs, customs brokers, or content providers (experience)
• Exposure to SAP Cloud Analytics, BTP, and Gen AI technologies (experience)

Responsibilities

• The SAP Global Systems team within IS&T manages the operations and financial transactional platform that supports all Apple functions, including Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Service, and Financials.
• We are seeking a Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). You will collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and implement global GTS solutions efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal use of resources.
• - Configure and integrate SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H) with S/4HANA modules and external/internal systems
• - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and provide functional specifications, business use cases, and test data for development
• - Prepare technical plans highlighting cross-system dependencies and integration points
• - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery
• - Optimize system performance through response time, throughput, and scalability improvements
• - Implement proactive monitoring and alert solutions to ensure smooth business operations
• - Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI/ML, SAP Data Intelligence) to drive innovation
