We are seeking a high-energy and dedicated SAP MM/LE Manager who will play a central role in the design and development of supply chain execution solutions. SAP MM/LE Manager is a position within the corporate Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) and this position will be key to our SAP team. As a SAP MM/LE Manager, the successful candidate is to manage a team, ensuring high quality delivery of projects/application enhancements and to design, develop and implement SAP supply chain execution and logistics projects at Apple. To Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. In this role, you will work with business partners to define scope and gather business requirements. Apply industry knowledge experience and best practices to business processes globally in areas of supply chain execution including procurement, IS-Retail Logistics processes, forward as well as reverse logistics. And, to enable and mentor team to architect the best design, performing vital SAP configurations utilising functionalities in SAP ECC & S/4HANA MM/LE, ensuring high quality functional specifications for configuration and development of custom programs, integration with other modules such as SD/FI/QM/PP/EWM/POS, multi-functional testing and implementing the optimal end-to-end solution.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 15 years of hands-on SAP MM (Materials Management) configuration and support experience with at least 2–3 years in team leadership or mentoring role (experience, 15 years)
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and returns. (experience)
- Exposure to Logistics Execution (LE) processes, especially inbound, outbound, and shipping (experience)
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, stock transfers, reservations, and physical inventory processes. (experience)
- Good experience in cross module integration of SAP MM with FICO, SD and PP (experience)
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA (experience)
- Experienced in business process and gap analysis with Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc. (experience)
- Experience to define and enhance system interfaces of various types to integrate with supplier and logistics partners using IDOC/RFC/EDI/XML/API (experience)
- Demonstrable ability to lead small to mid-sized teams in a global delivery model. (experience)
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making ability. (experience)
- Ability to effectively influence partners, push projects and programs forward. (experience)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization (experience)
- Ability to unify teams with varied strengths and apply outstanding influencing skills while collaboratively working towards results. (experience)
- High energy, with ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (experience)
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Manageme (degree in computer science)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP IS-Retail functionalities, such as article master, site master, merchandise category management, and retail-specific procurement. (degree)
- Understanding of store logistics processes (allocation, replenishment, DC to store movements). (experience)
- SAP technologies such as Business Rules framework, Enterprise Portal, iOS, UI5, Fiori, Webdynpro (experience)
- Knowledge on emerging AI technologies (generative AI, LLMs) would be a plus (experience)
