We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to grow, develop and lead a new regional team in Cork. The successful candidate will oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, in partnership with Business and IS&T teams across the world. The role requires excellent SAP leadership and functional skills, operating in a highly integrated multi-functional environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams to deliver large scale SAP implementations. The SAP Manager will be responsible to grow and develop the SAP SD team in Cork. The position requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to partner with regional and global business teams to drive efficiency and innovations. We are searching for an individual who is strategic, results-driven, and capable of leading in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in managing people, with a focus on leadership and team development. (experience)
- Proven ability to guide, mentor, and support both new and experienced project managers in achieving project goals and organisational objectives. (experience)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills. (experience)
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams consisting of both employees and contractors (experience)
- Track record in managing SAP implementations in complex environments. (experience)
- Demonstrable experience delivering SAP Projects either as Manager, Project Manager or Consultant. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in forecasting & budgeting multi-million dollar projects. (experience)
- Good knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including organisation structure, master data, pricing, outputs, sales, logistics execution & billing. (degree)
- Knowledge and/or experience of implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related technologies. (experience)
