Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. We are the marketing engine that drives Greater China campaigns such as new product introductions and evergreen affordability programs, as well as seasonal moments and promos including Chinese New Year, Women’s Day, 6.18 Back to School, and Double 11. As the Greater China Marketing lead for Retail campaigns, you will support the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns at Apple Retail - across Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, and our official platform stores on TMall, Douyin and WeChat.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of digital campaign marketing experience in a multi-national retail brand (experience, 10 years)
  • Expertise in online and omni-channels and digital marketing touchpoints (experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike (experience)
  • Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines (experience)
  • Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of digital and omni-channel marketing experience in a multi-market capacity (experience, 8 years)
  • Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics (experience)
  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives (experience)
  • Experienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefs (experience)
  • Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work (experience)
  • BA/BS or equivalent background, MBA a plus (experience)

Responsibilities

  • As the Greater China Marketing lead for Retail campaigns, you will support the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns at Apple Retail - across Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, and our official platform stores on TMall, Douyin and WeChat.
  • Write and deliver the marketing strategy for campaigns and promotions at Retail; drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, PR, Legal, Operations and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives
  • Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement
