Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone. We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer to oversee our acquisition marketing initiatives for Apple Ads. You'll serve a new, critical role on our Worldwide Growth Marketing team. We're here to help make it easy for small- to medium-sized businesses to grow and find success with an advertising experience that only Apple can deliver. Your primary goal is to identify the most impactful opportunities to reach high-potential prospective customers who are likely to run campaigns with Apple Ads. You'll complement your efforts by launching new and innovative ways to keep engagement high and relevant for people who've shown interest in learning more about us. The work you do is designed to inform, guide, and make it easy for people to start advertising with Apple. You'll be responsible for: - Leading our entire marketing strategy on how we engage with prospective customers – from the moment we capture their initial interest to the time they’re ready to run their first ad campaign. - Thinking creatively to better promote Apple Ads using our marketing communications channels, along with key partners across Apple who already engage with the right types of businesses. - Collaborating closely with our Sales team to promote the right one-to-one support options, at the right time, for prospective customers who need more guidance or help getting set up. - Working cross-functionally to define performance benchmarks and establish how we continually test, measure, and make improvements to our demand generation marketing efforts. - Enhancing our acquisition initiatives by influencing and tapping into the work being developed by our other growth marketers – from online learning to advertiser journey communications.   • 10+ years as a B2B marketer in the tech or digital advertising industry (experience, 10 years)
  • Experience leading the strategic development and marketing of demand generation programs across paid, earned, and owned content channels (experience)
  • Significant experience delivering acquisition marketing content across numerous communication channels (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication that’s thoughtful and encourages deeper collaboration (experience)
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project management abilities (experience)
  • Track record of building strong working relationships with technical experts and creative teams or agencies (experience)
  • Savvy at tackling issues, providing creative solutions, and quickly adapting to changing priorities and needs (experience)
  • Consistent track record of being an effective cross-functional collaborator (experience)
  • Embraces data and insights to inform decision making (experience)
  • Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity (experience)
