Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent Engineering Project Management expertise with several of those years supporting customer facing applications on mobile; iOS, macOS, etc., or desktop technologies (experience, 5 years)
- 2+ years focused on AIML technologies (experience, 2 years)
- Delivery of technologies and services through a full project lifecycle (experience)
- Experience managing projects using Agile software development (experience)
- A background solving technical challenges in an application development environment while supporting the engineering teams, building and managing their relationships, and navigating their delivery dependencies (experience)
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related subject area, or the 5+ equivalent industry experience (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related subject area, or the 5+ years equivalent industry experience (experience, 5 years)
- Versatile problem solver, equipped with a strong analytical approach to various challenges in complex environments. Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts, and lead the teams to solutions (experience)
- Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation (experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience (experience)
