The Enterprise Product Marketing team (“Business Market”) is responsible for introducing Apple’s products and services to business markets globally, including large enterprise, small business, healthcare, and government organizations. From product positioning, customer engagement, to channel enablement, the Business Market team helps enterprise customers adopt the Apple platform, empowering employees to do their best work and achieve their full potential. We are currently seeking an experienced enterprise marketing leader with a passion for technology and a belief in the transformative power of Apple products on business. In this role, you will lead a team of product marketers responsible for formulating comprehensive marketing strategies, crafting compelling product narratives, and developing engaging content and programs that energize the market to scale the adoption of Apple products and platform in enterprise. Your responsibilities will encompass cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, developer relations, marketing, public relations, and sales teams, contributing to the expansion and success of Apple’s market presence.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience in leading B2B product marketing, with a deep understanding of core enterprise technologies. (experience, 15 years)
  • A strong team leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent. (experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other professional degree a plus. (degree in other professional degree a plus)

  • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to detail. (experience)
  • Superb communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability in building high impact marketing narrative, content and programs. (experience)
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to navigate ambiguity and possesses a positive “can-do” attitude. (experience)
  • Phenomenal collaboration and inter-personal skills that encourage partnership and influences others to work together to move things forward. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will lead a team of product marketers responsible for formulating comprehensive marketing strategies, crafting compelling product narratives, and developing engaging content and programs that energize the market to scale the adoption of Apple products and platform in enterprise.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, developer relations, marketing, public relations, and sales teams, contributing to the expansion and success of Apple’s market presence.
  • Own the marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging of Apple products and platforms tailored for enterprise customers.
  • Synthesize various data sources to distill into actionable insights to help shape our product strategy, direction and execution in enterprise.
  • Define and articulate compelling value propositions and messaging, including key customer-facing assets, keynote presentations, product launches, web and marketing guides for the field and routes-to-market channels.
  • Lead the team to build and implement integrated marketing programs to drive customer awareness, preference and adoption of Apple products in enterprise.
  • Work closely with senior leaders in Marketing, Sales, Marcom, PR, Sales and Retail to gain alignment and consensus on program priorities, narratives and deliverables, including new product introductions.
  • Be the voice of enterprise customers and partners to channel feedback and input for future product development and messaging.
  • Support strategic customer and partner engagements, including briefings and delivering key presentations to senior executive audiences.
  • Domestic and internal travel required (<20%)
