Job Description
Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Interactive Experiences group is part of Apple Marcom and supports the shopping and buying experiences of Apple products, software, and services on its digital platforms — places like apple.com, Apple Store App, Apple Store Online, and third-party retailers. We partner with teams across the company to create, scale, and deliver outstanding commerce experiences that brings the magic of Apple to every touchpoint in the customer experience. The Senior Producer is instrumental in the planning and development of new AI tools and features, aligning them with the broader AI Tools roadmap and vision for Marcom and Apple, to improve the customer experience. This role manages cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class digital solutions.

Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in digital project management, with at least five years experience guiding both creative and engineering teams to launch complex projects. (experience, 7 years)
- Experience in the marketing and creation of digital products with experience working in native app and tools development. (experience)
- Experience delivering projects for key, high-profile launches, campaigns, platforms, and corporate initiatives. (experience)
- Direct experience leading teams that deliver customer-facing tools. (experience)

- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail. (experience)
- Ability to identify critical path and dependencies to drive projects forward and ensure quality execution and implementation. (experience)
- History of successfully delivering results against tight deadlines and is comfortable defining new processes to support evolving work streams. (experience)
- Track record of fostering collaboration across all levels and disciplines on an ongoing basis to support the success of the project. (experience)
- Experienced in independently facilitating presentations to senior stakeholders. (experience)
- Ability to distill and articulate business strategy to project teams and advocate for the best solutions. (experience)
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing interdisciplinary projects across multiple teams ranging from 15 to 40+ people. (experience)
- Ability to adapt approach to ensure delivery in a changing customer, business, or technology landscape. (experience)
- Deep understanding of system design and user experience principles. (experience)
- Experience with AI prototypes or tooling. (experience)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. (experience)

- Manage multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across various work streams, ensuring high-quality digital solutions in a continuously evolving, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Ensure projects are produced on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
- Map iterative delivery methodologies to ensure project deliveries remain relevant in the rapidly evolving AI technology landscape.
