We’re seeking a Senior Designer to champion cutting-edge user experiences from concept to execution. You’ll work hands-on and strategically, exploring new patterns, guiding teams through ambiguity, and defining what great looks like. You bring a sharp sense of design, a systems-level mindset, and the ability to prototype and visualize ideas quickly. From early exploration to polished execution, you’ll inspire and challenge a multidisciplinary team, partnering with product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape experiences that are elegant, scalable, and purposeful. You’ll play a key role in conceptual development, ideation, and storytelling, helping teams find clarity and momentum at every step.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. (experience, 8 years)
- Portfolio showcasing product design leadership, conceptual strength, and polished execution across web and mobile. (experience)
- Expertise in both interaction and visual design, with fluency in user-centered design methods. (experience)
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools. (experience)
- Ability to move fluidly between high-level concepts and detailed execution, from quick sketches to production-ready mockups. (experience)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of framing design decisions with clarity and intent. (experience)
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment in complex, fast-paced environments. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in marketing and advertising space. (experience)
- Experience guiding teams through ambiguity and shaping design direction in highly iterative environments. (experience)
- Passion for Apple products, with an ability to push the boundaries of interaction design while maintaining usability and elegance. (experience)
- BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (experience)
