Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software development experience with a focus on software engineering. (experience, 12 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. (degree in computer science)
- Ability to architect and build a scalable, modular, and secure platform from the ground up (experience)
- Integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Supplier Data Hub, Supplier Ninja, external risk providers, and internal scorecards) through APIs and data pipelines (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Drive key design decisions for complex capabilities, including: (experience)
- Supplier profile consolidation and enrichment (experience)
- Dynamic qualification workflows (experience)
- Performance and risk scoring models (experience)
- Real-time dashboards and actionable insights (experience)
- Partner closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform is enterprise-grade, secure, and maintainable (experience)
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a growing engineering team as we scale (experience)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. (degree in computer science)
