We are looking for a Software Automation & Tools Engineer, with a desire to "automate all the things," and identify areas that can be vastly improved with automation, and provide well-documented, well-tested, and well-written software solutions. You will join the Carrier Technologies team within the Wireless Software and Technologies Engineering organization and drive innovation that matters. We are responsible for successful launches of Apple Products on Wireless Operator Networks worldwide. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced workplace where both individual drive and team collaboration are the keys to success. The individual should be passionate about automation and data-driven engineering. The candidate should have a strong background in development with excellent programming, problem solving, and communication skills

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Xcode and Objective-C and/or Swift development on Apple platforms (macOS, iOS, etc.) required. C/C++ is a plus (experience, 5 years)
- Broad exposure to UI frameworks (UIKit, AppKit, CpreAutomation) (experience)
- Collaborative approach; experience with Git and Github/Bitbucket a must (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Containers and container orchestration technologies (experience)
- REST API architecture and components (experience)
- Scripting experience in - Python / Javascript / Perl / Ruby (experience)
- Comfortable with SQL, writing and troubleshooting queries (experience)
- Structured and non structured database system, e.g. mysql, postgres, cassandra, mongodb (experience)
- Understanding of cellular technologies concepts is a plus (experience)
- Strong Analytical, Problem solving and debugging skills (experience)
- Prior experience with data cleaning, visualization, & reporting (experience)
- Good understanding of Analytics & Machine learning techniques (experience)
