Retail Engineering Apple Online Store(AOS) Quality team is looking for a motivated and talented engineer to join our team. To be successful, you must be a strong programmer, proficient at thoroughly testing applications and build test automation tools, and helping improve team velocity through automation. We are looking for highly-technical engineer who can continually research and apply the newest technologies to test engineering, independently and collaboratively tackle issues and influence the teams to adopt the best test practices. Deeply engage with the engineering teams through all phases of development.

Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (experience)
- QA Automation & Testing experience on Web applications with a consistent track record detecting and writing bug reports. (experience)
- Experience in testing API/Web Service and Web applications. Hands-on experience on Core Java, Karate, RestAssured, Playwright/Selenium, Appium/XCUI (experience)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS (experience)
- Solid understanding of software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment process and code quality checking tools (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of strong QA Automation & Testing experience on Web applications with a consistent track record detecting and writing bug reports. (experience, 5 years)
- Previous experience supporting eCommerce platforms or Retail/Payment systems. (experience)
- Familiarity with Project Management principles, including Agile methodology and D2P (Development to Production) processes. (experience)
- Experience with Testing of AI/ML applications, security and accessibility testing is good to have. (experience)
- Experience developing frameworks from scratch using industry best practices (experience)
- Proven ability to partner and communicate multi-functionally, and to seek out information when required (experience)
- Able to work independently and take the ownership of the project. (experience)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to autonomously solve problems, as well as collaborate with your team (experience)
- Solid understanding of NoSQLs like Couchbase, MongoDB, etc and caching strategies (experience)
- Experience in Maven/Gradle and Git repositories is required (experience)
- Expertise in building and maintaining test beds, test environments and automated data driven test suite (experience)
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI. (experience)
- Ability to simplify and present complex technical issues in a clear, concise manner. (experience)
