Apple’s Competition and Regulatory group is looking for a qualified individual to join the team. This group provides critical support worldwide for all Apple products and businesses and involves collaboration across cross-functional team both inside and outside of Legal. Some travel is anticipated. - Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g., EU Digital Markets Act) - Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe - Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups - Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of legal experience working on competition and/or regulatory legal issues (experience, 8 years)
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communications (experience)
- Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions (experience)
- Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment (experience)
- Government competition law experience a plus (experience)
Responsibilities
