Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. (degree in computer science)
- Experience with at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript, Databases, C/C++ (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. (degree in computer science)
- 3+ years of experience in system integration or related fields. (experience, 3 years)
- Experience deploying automation infrastructure (experience)
- Experience with low-level firmware development. (experience)
- Familiarity with UNIX-like operating systems. (experience)
- Experience in telemetry and performance monitoring tools. (experience)
- Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges. (experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (experience)
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will bring your expertise to refine system architectures and implementations, driving product improvements. You will contribute to a team that shapes the Platform Architecture of a wide variety of products, ensuring that power, performance, and thermal controls fully utilize the capabilities of the silicon and software stack to achieve the best user experience.
- Ensuring Power, Performance, and Thermal Control Architectures are effective.
- Realizing the intent of the architectures in products used by customers.
- Driving improvements in architectures across multiple product generations.
- Developing and executing architectural verification and validation plans to identify issues early in the development cycle.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to specify, architect, and develop telemetry for debugging.
- Creating automation scripts for testing, data collection, and analysis.
- Setting up hardware environments and operating test equipment for system integration testing.
