You are responsible for leading testing efforts at our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will: - Create, document and train factory resources on testing Beats HW and SW. - Be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results to cross-functional teams. - Utilize your excellent QA background to characterize defects that rarely reproduce. - Manage defect tracking, publish test plans, report, and own the test case execution by the test team. This is a high-visibility role within the organization that requires excellent trouble-shooting skills along with an ability to analyze and act upon the results of work that is executed remotely.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an SQA lead. (experience, 2 years)
- Experience of working with multi-functional teams to coordinate testing. (experience)
- Experience in building resource plans. (experience)
- Digital Audio Knowledge. (experience)
- Scripting experience of Perl, shell, Applescript or JavaScript. (experience)
- Sustaining engineering experience. (experience)
- Work very well independently, focused and responsible. (experience)
- A proven track record demonstrating the ability to drive to milestones and goals. (experience)
- Demonstrated leadership skills. (experience)
