We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a deep passion for video coding and processing technologies, coupled with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of video compression standards such as H.264, HEVC. (experience)
- Strong programming skills in C/C++. (experience)
- Excellent software design, problem-solving, and debugging abilities. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both objective and subjective visual quality assessment methods. (experience)
- Understanding of hardware-based techniques with the ability to develop ideas that are hardware-friendly. (experience)
- Familiarity with video processing algorithms (e.g., scaling, noise reduction, tone mapping) is a plus. (experience)
- Proficiency in digital signal processing and information theory is a plus. (experience)
- Knowledge of the latest computer vision and deep learning technologies, and their application to video processing, is a significant advantage. (experience)
- Excellent collaboration skills. (experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. (experience)
