Apple is seeking a world-class Engineering Program Manager to join the Vision Pro Display Technologies team. Display at Apple is our Sistine Chapel—an intricate, beautiful centerpiece that defines the experience and connects users to the soul of our products. In this role, you’ll brush shoulders with top engineers across optics, EE, ME, materials, and silicon, working on the most cutting-edge display technologies in the world. You’ll be responsible for everything from shaping high-level strategy to obsessing over the smallest brushstrokes—the details that make our work unmistakably Apple. You’ll help manage a palette of the best display vendors on earth, guide complex program execution, and bring ambitious ideas to life with precision and artistry. Responsibilities include defining project plans and schedules, driving execution, and leading multi-functional engineering and validation teams. It requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and communication. The role involves understanding complex engineering issues, identifying and resolving conflicts, managing inter-dependencies, and addressing program challenges efficiently. Additionally, the position manages development budgets and oversees engineering builds.

Required Qualifications
- BS or equivalent experience in ME, EE, IE, Vision Science, or natural sciences (e.g., Physics, Chemistry), or equivalent 3+ years proven experience. (experience, 3 years)
- Ability to travel internationally (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- MS or equivalent experience in ME/EE/IE degree or equivalent natural sciences degree (experience)
- Knowledge of Vision Sciences (experience)
- Knowledge of display design and process (experience)
- Experience in consumer electronics (experience)
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers (experience)
- A working understanding of high volume manufacturing processes (experience)
- Great leadership and project management skills while remaining flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity (experience)
