Job Description
Do you want to impact billions of users by developing and driving pioneering wireless technologies for Apple’s products? The Hardware Technology Wireless EPM team is seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex wireless solutions for Apple products. This role requires both technical depth and program management expertise to drive projects from concept through tape-out and into mass production. As an EPM, you will partner closely with architecture, design, validation, firmware, factory, and test engineering teams to ensure programs achieve performance, quality, and schedule goals. You will be a central point of coordination, driving execution, and communication across all stakeholders. Drive planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring alignment with aggressive schedules and quality targets. Anticipate and navigate complex technical and organizational challenges, enabling timely and effective resolutions. Develop relationships across the organization to enhance communication and improve efficiency. Facilitate cross-functional trade-off discussions, ensuring data-driven decision-making and stakeholder alignment. Establish and maintain robust execution plans, with clear milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms. Continuously refine engineering processes and methodologies to optimize performance and scalability. Cultivate a collaborative and transparent environment that promotes effective communication across teams and with leadership.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (experience)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as an Algo / System / Design / Verification / Firmware Engineer in SoC development (experience, 8 years)
- 3+ years of management experience (experience, 3 years)
- 3+ years of wireless connectivity experience (experience, 3 years)
- Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills (experience)
- Experience in a multinational and cross-functional development environment (experience)
- Demonstrated ability to deep dive into technical details while driving program execution (experience)
- Strong ability to influence, motivate, and align large, diverse teams toward program goals (experience)
- Willing to travel few times a year (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end program management experience across the full SoC lifecycle (experience)
- Experience utilizing AI tools for program management tasks to improve team productivity (experience)
