Join our Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, where we ensure cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems meet rigorous performance standards across critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. We operate at the intersection of silicon development and system deployment, where rigorous validation determines the success of cutting-edge wireless technologies. Required Qualifications

  • BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience. (experience, 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, with emphasis on WiFi; cellular technologies experience is a plus. (experience)
  • Programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, C++, or C#. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred. (degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering)
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators and signal impairments in RF and baseband domains. (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and wireless system testing in laboratory environments. (experience)
  • Proven experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems, including test framework design and implementation. (experience)
  • Experience with regulatory testing and certification processes, including emissions, spectral masks, band edge, and power compliance measurements. (experience)
  • Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers. (experience)

  • Join our Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, where we ensure cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems meet rigorous performance standards across critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. We operate at the intersection of silicon development and system deployment, where rigorous validation determines the success of cutting-edge wireless technologies. This is an opportunity to work with talented engineers on complex technical challenges that shape the future of wireless communication.
  • You will develop and execute comprehensive test methodologies for validating wireless and PHY system performance throughout silicon development and deployment cycles.
  • Working closely with PHY, MAC, and RF design engineers, you will identify test requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide analysis to drive design improvements.
  • You'll collaborate with system integration and test engineers to maintain validation infrastructure and ensure our wireless systems meet performance specifications across all critical parameters.
