Job Description
We invite you to join Apple's growing Wireless/RF Systems Engineering Program Management group. Our team is looking for a forward-thinking, dedicated, and enthusiastic Engineering Program Manager to take part in and drive Apple’s new product development and introduction, supporting the dynamic, ever-growing Wireless HW technologies across Apple’s product portfolio. This is an exciting position, which leverages both excellent program management skills as well as deep technical expertise. Wireless/RF EPMs are self-motivated, curious, fast learners, and excellent communicators who are eager to collaborate with multiple highly skilled individuals within Apple as well as external suppliers. Wireless/RF EPMs play a critical role in all wireless aspects of Apple’s product life cycle, from ideation, through technology selection, on to planning, driving execution, budget management, and continuous process improvement. Wireless/RF EPMs guide teams to solve the most challenging technical problems during new product development, all while remaining flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.

Required Qualifications
- BSEE or equivalent (experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of: RF/Wireless system design/architecture, RF test, RF application engineering (experience, 5 years)
- Track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products (experience)
- Demonstrated experience in technical/project management (experience)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills (experience)
- Self-driven, curious, eager to learn, and be part of a team (experience)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- MS Electrical Engineering, MBA, or equivalent preferred. (experience)
- Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes, with an advantage for consumer products. (experience)
- Experience working with wireless standards and RF test equipment. (experience)
- Passion for leading continuous improvement, innovations, execution excellence, and quality. (experience)
