Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach and develop employees 

Manages performance improvement initiatives and strategies 

Negotiates and influences the opinions of others on performance improvement strategies and plans 

Oversee effective management of the suite of performance solutions

Completes industry research and external benchmarking 

Identification and selection of vendors and external consultants
