General Profile:

As Applied Materials transitions into its new 16-floor tower in ITPL, we are expanding our leadership support team. We are hiring an experienced program manager to support the Office of the President and COO. This high-impact role focuses on operational execution, program management support, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presence and communication skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, a clear understanding of executive priorities, ability to manage complex schedules& coordinate global visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

- Support operational and program management priorities from the executive’s office

- Organize and manage external events and visits by overseas senior executives

- Ensure alignment with business goals and timely execution

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

- Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

- Support internal and external communications in collaboration with the branding and communications team

- Build trusted relationships across teams and geographies

Leadership Communications

- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive-level meetings

- Assist in crafting messaging and narratives for leadership communications

Executive Calendar & Travel Management

- Manage complex, dynamic calendars (virtual & in-person)

- Coordinate global travel, including visas, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics

- Liaise with global assistants to align schedules and priorities

Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up

- Set clear agendas, distribute in advance, and capture key decisions/action items

- Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution

Expense & Budget Management

- Manage expense claims, verify submissions, and maintain accurate records

- Support budget evaluations and approvals

Confidential Executive Support

- Handle sensitive information with discretion

- Act as a trusted advisor and operational anchor for the executive office

Additional Skills

- Strong program management capabilities

- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
