Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer roadmap through communication and reflect technical requirements to create business opportunities for Applied Materials
• Closely collaborate with customers through on-site evaluations, joint development programs, demos, etc., to adopt Applied Materials' new technologies
• As an Applied Materials engineer, clearly understand customer problems and provide solutions based on that
• Optimize process processes and equipment performance
• Provide comprehensive consulting on diagnosis, troubleshooting, and system solution creation for installed equipment
• Grasp trends in new technologies and reflect future industry flows into Applied Materials equipment

Required Qualifications

• Possess experience related to semiconductor process/equipment (experience period irrelevant)
• Able to communicate in English
• Completed military service or exempt, no restrictions on overseas travel
• Preferential treatment for veterans and disabled persons in accordance with relevant laws

Required Skills

• Semiconductor front-end processes: Etch (Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Dry Cleaning, Wet Cleaning, Plasma Physics)
• Deposition (CVD, PVD, ALD, Thin film, Low-k, High-k Dielectric, Insulation/Metal film deposition)
• Metrology and Inspection (SEM, TEM, eBeam Defect Review/Analysis, eBeam/Optical Wafer Inspection, eBeam CD/Overlay Metrology, Defect/Patterning Control, Process Control, Photo Lithography)
• Ion Implant
• Epitaxy
• Annealing, Rapid Thermal Processing
• CMP (Chemical-Mechanical Planarization)
