We are looking for a highly talented Purchasing account Team buyer to join our purchasing team

Our Group:

Joining the material group owning suppliers operational aspects to support our tools around the world.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for Supplier’s operational management (Forecast & POs, FGIs, ECOs, obsolete, MRP actions, transitions, Repairs, service agreements, OTD, etc)
  • Coordinates/drives purchasing activities with planning and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.  
  • Leads supplier’s quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments 
  • Expedites and ensures timely receipt of materials.
  • Practice management without authority
  • Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
  • Provides input to management regarding suppliers and material status, action plans and address long term issues.
  • What should you have?
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field preferred Engineering
  • 4-7 Years of Experience in Purchasing  
  • Service- oriented, experienced with suppliers and internal customers
  • Independent, team player with high negotiation skills
  • High level English (writing, speaking and reading)
  • High presentation skills 
  • Program management experience
  • Commercial orientation
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Great interpersonal skills
