Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels (including social media), prescreening & assessing, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and presents candidate profiles using strong talent advisor opinion in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
  • Manage requisitions for both new hires, replacement hires and contractor conversions
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques, such as Linkedin and other social media sites and referral program, to source and attract best talents, post jobs, source for candidate and maintain documentation for all candidates, searches and recruiting activities.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need.
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques, screen and/or interview candidates and provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration and candidate selection.
  • Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required
  • Manage relationships with HR business partners and business leaders.
  • Ensure that stakeholder including candidates, hiring managers and HRBP are constantly updated of the status.
  • Update Workday system daily to support sourcing and screening activities.
  • Prepare bi monthly and monthly recruitment reports to update the stakeholders of the hiring status and provide any recommendations or solutions if necessary

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing & recruitment for junior to senior level positions at high volume
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Workday as well as HR Dashboard metrics
  • Must possess a can-do, solutions focused approach with a high level of energy and ability to keep abreast of the pace by proposing alternate or different ways to do things that will enhance our processes or candidate or manager experience.
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizing skills, the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, written or spoken other languages is a plus
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, including candidates, and hiring managers
  • Demonstrate end to end talent lifecycle experience to meet business needs, including: researching, sourcing, talent pooling, process design, assessment techniques including behavioral based interviewing and hiring of key talent.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
