Role Overview

As an Architect - Full Stack Developer in PepsiCo's AIOps team in Hyderabad, you will design and build intelligent applications that revolutionize IT operations. This high-impact role focuses on integrating Generative AI, observability tools, and Power Platform to enable real-time insights, autonomous decision-making, and service reliability. You will contribute to ITSM, OnePOC (Operations Command Centre), and observability platforms, creating AI-powered solutions for incident management, root cause analysis, and proactive operations. Key Technologies and Focus Areas

Your work will span full-stack development, GenAI implementation (OpenAI, LangChain), ML pipelines for predictive analytics, and integrations with tools like Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, ELK, and Prometheus. Harness PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI for automation and visualization, all within Azure/AWS cloud environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive AI-enhanced IT operations through hands-on development and architecture. Responsibilities include building user-centric dashboards for OnePOC, implementing GenAI for incident summarization and RCA prediction, and correlating telemetry data for anomaly detection. You will design REST APIs and microservices to connect AI engines with CMDB and event streams, while automating workflows via Power Platform. Expect to create real-time visualizations of blast radius, service dependencies, and trends in service requests, changes, and releases, ensuring leadership has actionable intelligence for rapid decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with 5+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise IT, particularly in GenAI, Power Platform, and observability. Technical proficiency is essential in front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Material UI; back-end with Python, Node.js, SQL/PostgreSQL; AI/ML including OpenAI APIs, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain; and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, ELK, Prometheus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), and APIs (Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow REST) is required. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, plus excellent communication to translate AI insights for stakeholders, complete the profile.

Preferred Experience

Experience in AIOps, ITSM platforms, and building ML pipelines for predictive maintenance in high-stakes environments is highly valued. A track record of deploying event-driven microservices and conversational AI for operational efficiency sets top candidates apart.
