• Configuring pay rules, accruals, function access, Web/mobile navigation, data views, attestation, reporting, and device administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• 5+ years of administration and application experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining UKG WFM, including pay rules, accruals, function access, Web/mobile navigation, data views, attestation, reporting, and device administration.
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud applications, with a strong understanding of scalable HR tech stacks.
• Proven ability to handle complex configurations in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in UKG or cloud platforms are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a global team setting.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other HRIS systems, SQL querying for reporting, and Agile methodologies will set you apart. Familiarity with the food and beverage sector's workforce challenges is advantageous.
